BIDS - Free

We will tour your home with you (usually takes an hour or two depending on the size of the home)  With your permission we will take pictures of your home as well as extensive notes.  Within 48 hours we will return with a detailed bid for services. At this time we can decided how much or how little you would like us to do and we can finalize the price for services.

We can also make recommendations for service providers such as rental furniture, landscaping, paint and wallpaper removal etc..

CONSULTATION OPTION Gold – $250-350 depending on sq footage

Just as we do for a bid we will tour the home, take pictures and take extensive notes. Within 48 hours we will return with a detailed report of recommendations that we know will get your house sold!  We will go over the report and help you set up a time line as well as offer suggestions for service providers for work you are not comfortable doing.  We will also talk about compromises as this is a very detailed report and you may not be able to do everything on the report.  Some things only require some creativity and have easy solutions that you may not have known or thought about.

CONSULTATION OPTION PLATNUM - $250- 300 plus fine tune fee $25-100 per room

Same as Consultation option 1.  After the work is complete we will come back and fine tune the home to prepare it for sale. We will take pictures of the home that can be used to market the home, be it for sale by owner or with a REALTOR.  We will also feature the home on StagedHomes.com which receives over 4 million hits a month.  This can be done on a room by room fee structure or one lump sum for the entire house.(this fee is depending on size of home)  We will also prepare  50 flyers for you to use however your wish. (Extra charge for printing additional flyers)

FOR SALE YARD SIGNS- Free

Professional For Sale sign provided by Mortgage Company (Southern Home Loans) to help reduce the number of “lookie loos” that like to interrupt your day to tour your house out of curiosity and not seriously searching for homes.  They will screen and make appointments to show your house, which will save you time and headaches.

There will also be an information hotline with detailed description of your home that can be used in newspaper and flyers.  Each home will have an 800 # with an extension number that buyers can call 24/7

OPEN HOUSE - Free

If you plan on holding an open house we will provide a real estate professional to co-host the event and provide refreshments and detailed information about the home to prospective buyers.  (This is not intended to be a solicitation for a listing.  In most cases these agents are growing their business and need buyer contacts. This win win situation will make it worth their time and free up yours!  They will obtain the potential buyers information before they tour the house and they will only to show and talk about your house in return they will be allowed to follow up and use the contacts who’s needs are not met by the open house)

NEWSPAPER AD - Your home will be included in an ad that Stage Right Homes will run in the Real Estate section with the 800 # and extension of your home.

WEBSITE EXPOSURE - We will also post your listing on this site with detailed information.
